Pricing is broken down into two categories, Service-Calls or Contracts.
Service-Calls
Service-Calls are smaller projects that usually do not take more than one or two days of labor. Service-Calls are priced as Time and Material (T&M). Currently the price per hour is $60. There is a minimum of one hour and payment is due the same day after the work is completed. Example of service-calls are broken switch/ outlet, troubleshooting, upgrading a device/ circuit and installation of new devices or circuits.
Contracts
Contracts are bigger projects that usually consist of blueprints, permit or a scoop of work. Payments are to be made in Phases or T&M. If payments are made in Phases then this is structured into the contract. If there are any changes or add-ons to the contract these changes will be billed as T&M. If a T&M payment plan is selected at the beginning of the project then a bill will be issued each week for the labor and materials that were used.
